摘　　要：介绍了国产DQC催化剂的性能特征以及在100 kt/a聚丙烯装置上的应用情况。应用结果表明,DQC催化剂的活性较高,平均活性超过31 kg/g。使用该催化剂后,装置的长周期运行得到保障,生产的各牌号产品符合质量要求,原料消耗处于较低水平,生产成本明显降低。It was introduced that the performances of DQC catalyst made from China and application of the catalyst in plant of 100 kt/a polypropylene(PP).The application results showed that activity of the catalyst was higher with average activity over than 31 kg/g.The long period operation of the plant was ensured,the all grades of products to be in line with the quality requirements,reasonable consumption in raw materials and production cost decreased obviously by use of the catalyst.
