摘　　要：从石蜡加氢装置实际运行状况出发,分析装置反应器运行周期短、产品质量差且易波动的原因。根据分析结果,采取了以下技术改造措施:改造反应器内构件、更换石蜡加氢催化剂、增加产品过滤器。技术改造后装置运行平稳,加工量和产品质量得到明显提高和改善。It was analyzed that the reasons of the paraffin hydrofined unit operation was in a short cycle,poor quality and instability of the products based on the actual conditions of the unit.According to results of the analysis,following measures were taken,structures and internals of the reactor improved,catalyst for hydrogenation to the paraffin replaced and filter for the products installed.The processing capacity and quality in the unit have been improved significantly by the revamping.
