低旦锦纶6拉伸变形丝染色均匀性的探讨

摘　　要：低旦(指单丝纤度<1.1 dtex)锦纶6拉伸变形丝(DTY)由于单丝纤度细,受预取向丝(POY)原料性能、DTY工艺参数、环境等影响因素大,易造成结构均匀性差而引起染色不匀率高。当POY伸长不匀率<3.0%,POY油剂质量分数6%,平衡时间16 h,在后加工时保证稳定一致的加工条件及温、湿度环境,可以提高锦纶6 DTY的染色均匀性。以加工规格为44 dtex/48 f的DTY为例,染色均匀率可达到85.6%。The dyeing uniformity of fine denier(dpf<1.1 dtex) PA6 draw textured yarn(DTY) is low due to its fine single filament,influenced by the raw materials,the process parameters and environmental sensitively.The DTY structure uniformity is controlled by the pre-oriented yarn(POY) properties and DTY processing conditions.The results show that the PA 6 DTY dyeing uniformity can be improved with the POY elongation unevenness<3.0%,POY oiling rate 6%,balance time 14~18 h,consistent processing conditions and environment temperature and humidity.Taking 44 dtex/48 f of DTY as an example,uniform dyeing rate can reach 85.6%.
