新型遇油膨胀橡胶的制备与性能研究

摘　　要：以甲基丙烯酸十八酯(SMA)、甲基丙烯酸丁酯(BMA)和甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)为单体,采用悬浮聚合法合成了高吸油树脂SMA-g-BMA和SMA-g-BMA-g-MMA。分别以吸油树脂和SMA单体为改性剂,以三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)为基胶,制备了遇油膨胀橡胶(OSR)。结果表明,用吸油树脂制备的遇油膨胀橡胶力学性能优于用SMA单体制备的遇油膨胀橡胶。当吸油树脂用量为20份且SMA∶BMA=1∶2时,OSR拉伸强度为15.2MPa。对汽油、柴油、机油和甲苯的吸收率分别为330%,326%,250%和502%。The high oil-obsorbing resins(poly SMA-co-BMA or poly SMA-co-BMA-co-MMA)based on dioctadecyl methacrylate,butyl metheacrylateare and methyl methacrylate monomer were synthesised by using suspension polymerization.The oil sewllable rubber(OSR) was prepared by using EPDM as the main compound,using SMA monomer or the oil-absorbing resins(poly SMA-co-BMA or poly SMA-co-BMA-co-MMA) as modifier.The results showed that the mechanical properties of OSR containing poly SMA-co-BMA resin was superior to that of OSR containing SMA.The tensile strength was 15.2 MPa when the content of the resin was 20 phr and the molar ratio of SMA to BMA was 1∶2.The oil-absorption capacity of OSR was:330% for gasoline,326% for diesel oil,250% for engine oil,502% for toluene.
