摘 要:合成了具有较好荧光性能的稀土有机配合物Eu(OAH)3(TTA),将不同用量的Eu(OAH)3(TTA)与一定量的过氧化物引发剂、NBR共混,制备了Eu(OAH)3(TTA)/NBR发光功能复合材料。SEM显示,Eu(OAH)3(TTA)在交联复合材料中的分散尺寸比在未交联复合材料中更加精细。WAXD测试表明,交联后复合材料中的Eu(OAH)3(TTA)配合物几乎不结晶,说明在硫化过程中,大部分结晶的Eu(OAH)3(TTA)配合物参与原位反应,并形成非晶的聚[Eu(OAH)3(TTA)]。交联复合材料中的分散相由纳米尺寸的聚[Eu(OAH)3(TTA)]和尺寸较大的少量残余Eu(OAH)3(TTA)颗粒组成。原位反应发生后,交联复合材料的荧光强度比相同Eu(OAH)3(TTA)含量的未交联复合材料高。The Eu(OAH)3(TTA) complex[Eu = europium,OAH = cis-9-octadecenoic acid,TTA = thenoyltrifluoroacetone] with good fluorescent property had been synthesized.The luminescent composites Eu(OAH)3(TTA)/NBR were prepared by adding different amount of Eu-complex and peroxide into the NBR matrix.Scanning electron microscopy(SEM) indicated that the dispersion dimension of the cured composite was far finer than that of the uncured composite.Wide-angle X-ray diffraction testing(WXRD) showed that the crystallinity of Eu(OAH)3(TTA) in the composites disappeared dramatically after the curing process.The dispersion phase of cured Eu(OAH)3(TTA)/NBR composites was composed almost of nanometer-sized poly[Eu(OAH)3(TTA)] and few residual Eu(OAH)3(TTA) particles.The fluorescent intensity of the cured composites was much stronger than that of the uncured ones with the same Eu(OAH)3(TTA) content due to the in-situ reaction.
