摘 要:为了消除喷油器制造误差带来的影响,使发动机各缸运转的均匀性得到提高,研究了一种喷油器油量静态补偿技术,运用统计学原理对试验获取的喷油器各工况的油量脉宽特性进行数据分析,根据统计结果将参考点的补偿数据扩展到整个特性曲线上,从而使喷油器的实际喷油量更加接近其理论喷油量,喷油器台架及发动机实验结果表明,该方法完全有效。Engine operating uniformity can be improved if manufacturing tolerances of injector can be controlled to a certain degree.An injection compensation technology had been drawn out in the paper,and principle of statistics was used to validate various operating conditions of injector quality and pulse-width data.Compensation data of reference points can be extended to whole characteristic curve of injector according to the statistical method,so injection fuel quantity can be much closer to its ideal fuel quantity.It was showed by test-bench and engine experimental results that the method proposed in the paper was fully effective.
