摘 要:介绍了一种基于单片机控制的智能式温度控制仪器。该仪器集成了信号的变换、处理、控制功能。使用了∑-△原理的高精度A/D转换及标准0~10mA电流型输出D/A转换,辅助以键盘和数码管的人机界面,可以应用在需要精密温度控制的各种领域。该仪器输入标准铂电阻温度传感器RTD(Resistance Temperature Detector)信号.采用比例积分微分PID(Proprotional Integral Differential)控制算法,输出0~10mA电流控制功率加热元件。兼顾整机的精度和价格等因素,采用了80C196单片机系统结合专用集成电路进行设计。CPU系统采用GAL进行译码。并且加了专用的看门狗芯片MAX705以提高装置的抗干忧性能。An intelligent temperature control device is presented,which is based on single-chip microcomputer and integrates signal conversion and signal processing. It uses precise A / D convertor with Σ-Δ principle and current D / A convertor with standard 0 ~10 mA outputs,supplementing with MMI. It can be applied to temperature control domain. The device acquires standard Pt RTD(Resistance Temperature Detector) signal,applies PID(Proportional Integral Differential) algorithm and outputs 0~10 mA current to control power-heating component. Considering both precision and price,80 C196 SCM is adopted with special integrated circuits. GAL is used for coding in CPU system and MAX 705 is used as watchdog to enhance the anti-jamming capability of the device.
