摘　　要：目的探讨利肺片、力克肺疾、利福喷汀在难治性肺结核病中的作用。方法选择经以异烟肼、利福平为主的化疗方案足疗程治疗后仍未痊愈的患者随机分成治疗组对照组,治疗组用利肺片、利福喷汀、力克肺疾等;对照组给予异烟肼、利福平等。结果治疗组痰阴转率、病灶吸收情况明显优于对照组。结论利肺片联合利副喷汀、力克肺疾治疗难治性肺结核病有效、安全,值得推广应用于临床。Objective To investigate how the drugs of lipeipian and lsoniazid Aminosalicylate Tablets,Rifapentine function in treating the refractory tuberculosis.Methods To select those tuberculosis patients who are not healed after treated in a whole course mainly with Isoniazid Tablets and Rifampicin Capsules,and divide them into treatment group and control group at random.The patients in treatment group are cured with lipeipian and lsoniazid Aminosalicylate Tablets,Rifapentine Capsules,and the other patients in control group are offered with Isoniazid Tablets and Rifampicin Capsules.Results The rates of sputum conversion and focus cure absorption in the treatment group show greatly better than the control group.Conclusions It is effective and safe to cure refractory tuberculosis with drugs of iipeipian and lsoniazid Aminosalicylate Tablets,Rifapentine Capsules.Therefore,it has a significant value to be introduced in clinic.
