复方绞股蓝片剂生产工艺研究

摘　　要：目的:研究复方绞股蓝片的制备方法。方法:以绞股蓝、决明子、荷叶、山楂、壳聚糖、左旋肉碱为主要原料,添加一定比例的糖粉、糊精等辅料,经粉碎、混合、制粒、干燥和压片等工艺制成。结果:选择18.6%糖粉和6.2%糊精为填充剂,用10%的淀粉浆作粘合剂,通过湿法制粒压片,其片剂符合质量标准。结论:其生产工艺可用于复方绞股蓝片的生产。Objective:The preparation method of compound Gynostemma pentaphyllum tablets was researched.Method:Gynostemma pentaphyllum,cassia seed,lotus leaf,hawthorn,chitosan,L-carnitine were taken as the main raw materials.And a certain proportion of powdered sugar,dextrin and other materials were added as adjuvants.The tables were prepared by crushing,mixing,granulation,drying and tabletting.Result:18.6% sugar and 6.2% dextrin were used as bulking agents,and 10% starch was used as adhesive material.The tablets prepared by wet granulation meet the quality standards.Conclusion:The production process can be used for the production of Compound Gynostemma pentaphyllum tablets.
