摘  要:在自主研发新型共轨压电式喷油器的发动机试验基础上,针对喷油器喷油量减弱的现象,设计开发了针对执行器介质损耗的能量补偿电路,并进行相关发动机台架试验验证,结果表明该驱动模块可以提升驱动波形,在一定范围内补偿了能量损耗,为下一步压电式共轨系统应用奠定了基础。Energy compensation circuit according to actuator medium loss was designed for fuel injecting quantity weakening phenomenon on the basis of engine tests for new piezoelectric common rail system,and related experiments of engine test were carried out.It was showed by the results that driving wave forms of injector were promoted in a certain range with new designed modules,therefore it will lay a solid foundation for application development of piezoelectric common rail system.
