摘　　要：将制冷系统的仿真模型与立式陈列柜的热卷吸系数关联式模型结合,提出双层风幕立式陈列柜系统的系统仿真方法,并编制计算机程序进行了仿真实验。根据仿真实验的结果分析了陈列柜系统冷凝温度、蒸发器面积和柜体参数的变化对陈列柜风幕送回风温度变化的影响规律。仿真实验的结果和试验测试值进行了对比分析,其最大偏差为1.9℃,平均偏差为0.9℃,说明本仿真算法具有工程应用价值。Based on the refrigeration system simulation model integrated with the correlation model of thermal entrainment factor for vertical display cabinet,the system simulation method for a vertical display cabinet with double air curtains is developed and the simulation software is established.Based on the simulation results,the influence of condense temperature,evaporator area,ambient temperature and air curtain velocity on the air curtain supply temperature and return temperature are analyzed.The results predicted by the simulation model gives a maximum deviation of 1.9℃ and a mean deviation of 0.9℃ compared with the experimental data,which indicates that the simulation model is enough accurate for engineering application.
