摘  要:通过对发电机组锅炉系统停用腐蚀原理及几种常见停炉保养方法的分析研究,提出并实施了负压干燥法停炉保养。采用该保养方法,锅炉四管内均干燥无积水、无锈蚀,热力设备防锈蚀保护效果明显,机组启动水汽品质优良,避免了因水汽品质原因延长开机时间问题,腐蚀产物氧化铁降低了90%。该法对锅炉壁温、汽轮机缸温下降速率未造成安全影响,不需增加设备,不需投加额外药品。The corrosion principle and some methods of preservation were studied,the negative pressure drying preservation was proposed.By this method,there was no wather and no corrosion in the fourtubes,and the effect of anticorrosion in thermal equipent was obvious.The boiler water and steam quality was good in the unit startup,the problem of increasing the startup time was avoided,and 90% of the corrosion productiron oxide was reduced.It had no safety impact on the boiler wall temperature and the temperature drop in turbine.And there were no additional equipment and chemicals.
