摘 要:以棉籽油和乙二醇甲醚为原料,KOH为催化剂合成出一种含氧量更高的新型生物柴油。采用正交试验,研究了醇油比、催化剂用量、温度和反应时间四种因素对产物产率的影响,得出了最佳合成条件。运用红外光谱法、核磁共振法、凝胶渗透色谱法对产物结构进行了表征。柴油机台架试验表明,燃烧该新型生物柴油可大幅度减少柴油机的废气排放。A novel biodiesel was synthesized with ethylene glycol monomethyl ether and cottonseed oil as reactants and KOH as catalyst.Orthogonal test with four-factors and three-levels was conducted,and the optimal reaction conditions were approached based on the investigation of such factors as molar ratio of ethylene glycol ether to cottonseed oil,mass content of KOH to rapeseed oil,reaction temperature and reation duration.The chemical structure of the new biodiesel was confirmed through FT-IR、1H NMR and GPC.A single cylinder,4-stroke,water-cooled,DI diesel engine was adopted to complete determination of exhaust emissions,and the exhaust emissions can be lowered remarkably.
