干熄焦配电系统谐波分析及抑制

摘　　要：工厂干熄焦配电系统漏电保护断路器频繁跳闸,导致负载设备不能正常工作,经过分析认为是谐波造成的。通过对干熄焦配电系统谐问题进行测试和分析,找出了事故原因,提出了抑制和解决谐波危害的办法,配置了2台有源电力滤波器进行谐波治理。介绍了改造内容和效果,使这一问题得到了初步解决,保证了干熄焦配电系统的安全可靠运行。Leakage protection circuit breaker of the Coke Dry Quenching(CDQ) power distribution system has tripped frequently, which cause the load equipments work abnormally. It is caused by harmonics through analysis. The reason of accident has been found by testing and analyzing the harmonic problem of CDQ system. It is proposed approach to restrain and solve harmonic problem, which deploy two sets of active power filter for harmonic control. It is introduced the reformation content and effect. The harmonic problem is solved initially, and the safe and reliable operation of CDQ power distribution system are ensured.
