摘  要:以集装箱桥吊的驱动器节能改造项目为例,分析了西门子双起升、双小车桥吊能耗较大的原因,通过与其他型号桥吊的对比,提出了进行改造的可能和具体方案。通过切断断路器,并修改相应控制程序,实现主司机室、门架司机室分开控制相应机构驱动器。当门架不动时,可以单独使门架起升和门架小车驱动器,以实现主小车装卸船时能耗减少。在桥吊不装卸船时,可以停止对主起升和主小车驱动器供电,实现节能。通过微小的外部硬件和接线改造,在基本不增加成本的基础上,主要依靠可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)程序的改编,实现了既定的节能改造效果。经过一段时间的使用,节能效果非常显著,可为同型号桥吊节能改造提供有益参考。Taking the item of energy-saving reformation for the container crane's drive as example.The reasons for larger energy consumption of Siemens double lifting and double trolle bridge crane is analyzed firsty.Reformation possibility and specific scheme by comparing with othe types of bridge cranes is provided.The main driver cab and gantry driver cab can control th corresponding mechanism drive separately through cutting off the circuit breaker and modifying th corresponding control program.When the gantry does not move , the drives for gantry lifting an gantry trolley can be stopped to realize reducing consumption of energy during the main trolley'shipping or unshipping.When the bridge crane does not ship or unship , the drives for the main liftin and the main trolley can be stopped to realize reducing energy consumption.Mainly depending on th reprogramming of PLC , the established energy saving reformation effect is realized by tiny externa hardware and wiring reform on the basis of not increasing the cost.And after a period of use , energ saving effect is very significant.This item may provide beneficial references for energy-savin reformation of the same type of bridge cranes.
