摘　　要：近几年,煤炭价格持续上涨,电力企业的购煤价格连续攀升,煤、电关系一度紧张。为了有效缓解当前煤电企业的紧张关系,分析了资产专用性对煤、电企业交易成本的影响,通过煤、电企业纵向一体化的权衡模型,得出煤、电企业纵向一体化可以节约交易成本,能有效缓解当前的煤、电紧张关系。The price of coal has been rising in recent years,and so the coal cost of the electric power enterprises is rising constantly,resulting in the strain relation between coal enterprises(CEs) and electric power enterprises(EPEs).The influence of asset specificity on the transaction cost between CEs and EPEs is studied to relieve the the strain relationship between CEs and EPEs.It is concluded that the vertical integration between CEs and EPEs can reduce the transaction and relieve the strain relationship between CEs and EPEs by the balance model of the vertical integration between CEs and EPEs.
