专业管理在电网建设项目中的应用

摘　　要：电网工程建设包括项目前期、工程前期、工程建设和项目后评价四个阶段。各级管理人员对项目立项、可研、核准、工程建设安全、质量、进度、工程达标投产及创优工作较重视,而对项目前期支持性文件、工程前期的初设审查、物资招投标、建设过程外协管理重视程度不够,严重影响了电网建设的安全和效益。临汾电网建设采用工程专业管理方法,应用工程项目里程碑计划,加强工程前期管理、物资管理、外协管理,有序推进电网建设。The power grid construction includes four stages of project prior period,engineeringprior period,construction and post project evaluation.Managers at all levels pay much attention to thesetting up,feasibility,approval of the project,safety,quality,progress of the engineeringconstruction and engineering reaching standard etc.But less attention is paid to the supporting documentsof project prior period,early examination& materials bidding of engineering prior period andoutsourcing management of construction process,which influence the safety and benefits of the gridconstruction seriously.Linfen power grid construction project adopted engineering professionalmanagement method,applied engineering project milestone plan and strengthened the engineering priorperiod management,materials management & outsourcing management to promote the grid constructionorderly.
