摘　　要：目的:建立川黄芪的质量标准。方法:测定川黄芪水分、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分、浸出物,建立薄层色谱鉴别方法。结果:川黄芪水分不得过11.0%,总灰分不得过5.0%,酸不溶性灰分不得过2%,浸出物不得少于10.0%。薄层色谱法鉴别专属性强,重现性好。结论:所建立方法能有效评价川黄芪的质量。Objective:To establish quality standards for medicinal Radix astragali seu hedysari.Method:The moisture,total ash,acid-insoluble ash and extracts were determined,and a method of TLC identification was established.Result:The quality standards of Radix astragali seu hedysari were as follows:moisture was not more than 11.0%;total ash was not more than 5.0%;acid-insoluble ash was not more than 2% and extracts not less than 10.0%.The method of TLC was special and reproducible.Conclusion:This quality standard can control the quality of Radix astragali seu hedysari effectively.
