摘  要:目的:建立冬瓜子中胡芦巴碱的含量测定方法。方法:采用Diamonsil C18柱(250×4.6mm,5μm);流动相甲醇-水-0.05%十二烷基磺酸钠溶液(5:15:80);检测波长265nm,流动相流速1.0mL.min-1。结果:胡芦巴碱在25.2~201.6μg.mL-1呈良好线性关系(r=0.9998),该方法平均回收率为99.76%,RSD0.99%。结论:所建方法准确、简便、为科学地评价冬瓜子药材的质量提供了依据。Objective:To establish a method for the determination of trigonelline content in Semen benincasae.Method:The separation was performed on a Diamonsil C18(250×4.6mm,5μm)column with the mobile phase of methanol-H20-0.05% sodium dodecylsulfate(5:15:80).The detection wavelength was 265 nm,and the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1.Result:The calibration curve of trigonelline was linear in the range of 25.2 μg·mL-1~201.6 μg·mL-1(r=0.9998).The average recovery rate was 99.70% and the RSD was 0.99%.Conclusion:The method is accurate and suitable for the determination of trigonelline in Semen benincasae.The method can be adopted for quality control of Semen benincasae.
