青黛分散片制备工艺研究

摘　　要：目的:制备青黛分散片。方法:通过实验筛选崩解剂等辅料,确定处方及制备工艺,并测定分散片中靛蓝和靛玉红的溶出度。结果:确定以交联聚乙烯吡咯烷酮为崩解剂,混悬剂为羟丙甲纤维素(HPMC)的分散片处方。结论:研制的青黛分散片处方合理、工艺可行,符合分散片的质量要求。Objective:To prepare Qingdai dispersible tablets.Method:The adjuvant as disintegrant etc,the formula and preparation process were optimized by a series of experiments.The dissolution rates of indigo and indirubin were determined.Result:PVPP and HPMC were optimized as the disintegrants of the dispersible tablet.Conclusion:The prepared Qingdai dispersible tablet is reasonable in formula,feasible in technology and meets the quality standards.
