摘　　要：目的:建立伤科止痛膏中麝香酮的含量测定方法。方法:色谱柱为HP-INNOWAX30m×0.53mm,1.0μm film,FID检测器,采用程序升温,进样口温度:250℃;检测器温度:250℃。结果:麝香酮浓度在5.6688μg.mL-1～226.752μg.mL-1范围内线性关系良好,相关系数r=0.9997。加样回收率为99.96%,RSD为1.38%。结论:方法准确、灵敏、重现性好,可用于伤科止痛膏的质量控制。Objective:To establish a method for analyzing muskone in Shangkezhitong plaster.Method:HP-INNOWAX(30m×0.53 mm,1.0μm film),GC temperature programming,and FID detector were used.Injection port temperature and detector temperature set at 250 ℃,using nitrogen as the carrier gas.Result:The standard curve of muscone was linear in the range of 5.668～226.752 ug·mL-1 with a correlation coefficient of 0.9997.The average recovery rate was 99.96%,and RSD was 1.38%.Conclusion:This method is simple,accurate and reproducible.It can be used in the quality control of Shangkezhitong plaster.
