番泻叶与复方番泻叶煎剂在泌尿系X线检查中肠道准备效果对比研究

摘　　要：目的:观察常规番泻叶单剂与自拟复方番泻叶煎剂在泌尿系X光检查中肠道准备效果;方法:将需要进行泌尿系X光检查的186例患者随机分为2组,分别口服番泻叶单剂与自拟复方番泻叶煎剂后,对肠道准备效果及患者不良反应进行观察;结果:复方番泻叶组无论在提高X光检查甲级片率还是降低不良反应率方面,均优于番泻叶单方组;结论:复方番泻叶煎剂作为改良肠道准备剂,相对于常规番泻叶单剂,具有一定优越性。Objective:To observe the effect of senna and senna compound decoction in bowel preparation of urogenital system X-ray examination.Method:186 cases were randomly divided into two groups,and each group was given senna or senna compound decoction before received urogenital system X-ray examination.Then the effect of bowel preparation and the adverse reactions were observed.Result:The senna compound decoction group was better than the senna group both in improving the good quality rate of X-ray film and cutting down adverse reactions rate.Conclusion:The compound decoction of senna as improved bowel preparation agent has some advantages compared with conventional single-agent.
