摘  要:采用熔融纺丝方法制备热塑性聚酯弹性体单丝,利用强伸度仪研究空气冷却距离、拉伸倍数、热定形方式、热定形温度对热塑性聚酯弹性体单丝弹性回复性能的影响,利用DSC、广角X-射线衍射仪测定其结构及结晶度的变化。结果表明:随着空气冷却距离和拉伸倍数的增加,单丝的弹性回复率提高;紧张热定形较松弛热定形单丝的弹性回复好;随着热定形温度升高,弹性回复率先升高后降低。Thermoplastic polyester elastomer(TPEE) monofilament was prepared by melt spinning process.The influences of process conditions,including air-cooling distance,draw ratio,method and temperature of heat-setting on elastic recovery of TPEE monofilament were studied.The structure and crystallinity of monofilament were characterized by DSC and X-ray diffraction.The result showed that the elastic recovery of monofilament was increased with the increasing of air-cooling distance and draw ratio.Compared with relaxation heat-setting,the elastic recovery of monofilament by tension heat-setting was better.The elastic recovery of monofilament increased first and then decreased with increasing of the heat-setting temperature.
