摘　　要：针对圆柱滚子轴承外滚道精研时存在的质量问题,对3MK3412精研机油石夹进行了改进,使油石精研时不在夹子内左右移动,并使油石形状由方形变成了Z形,消除了外滚道凹心问题,提高了轴承的使用寿命、旋转精度以及合套率。For solving quality problem of outer raceway lapping of cylindrical roller bearing,development of oilstone clamp on 3MK3412 lapping machine shall be made to prevent oilstone moving in clamp,change oilstone shape from square to Z and solve the problem of concave core on outer raceway,and improve bearing service life,rotation accuracy and fit rate at the same time.
