摘　　要：以单氰胺为起始原料,经与乙胺胍化以及与2-正丁基乙酰乙酸乙酯环合两步得到乙嘧酚原药,其结构经LC/MS确认。考察了物料配比、温度、时间等因素对反应的影响,在优惠条件下,合成总收率为67%(以单氰胺计,n/n),含量为95%。Ethirimol was synthesized from cyanamide in two steps including the reaction of guanidine with ethylamine and the cyclization with 2-butylacetoacetate.The structure of the target compound was confirmed by LC/MS.The effects of materials ratio,reaction temperature and reaction time were investigated.The title compound was obtained in 67% yield(based on cyanamide)and 95% purity under the optimal conditions.
