还原染料中间体苯绕蒽酮合成工艺优化

摘　　要：以次磷酸钠为还原剂,合成了还原染料中间体苯绕蒽酮,并对合成工艺进行了优化。优化条件为:n(甘油)∶n(蒽醌)=1.5∶1,反应温度为120～125℃,保温1 h。在此条件下,目标产物纯度符合标准要求。采用熔点测定、红外光谱(IR)、液相色谱(HLPC)进行分析和结构表征。Using sodium hypophosphite as reducing agent,Synthesis of vat dyes intermediates Benzanthrone.And the synthesis process was optimized.Optimization of conditions for:The reaction temperature is 120～125℃,Insulation 1 hours,Glycerol and anthraquinone molar ratio is 1.5∶1,On this condition,The purity of the target product meets the requirements of the standard.The determination of melting point、Infrared spectroscopy(IR)、Liquid chromatography(HLPC)Analysis and structure characterization.
