摘 要:研究了H-ZSM-5、H-MCM-41和氢型脱铝Y分子筛(简称H-DAY)在对甲氧基苯酚和甲基叔丁基醚反应合成3-叔丁基羟基茴香醚中的催化性能.研究表明,催化性能主要和催化剂的酸量、酸强度以及孔大小有关.其中,H-DAY由于其相对较大的总酸量和可容纳产物分子的孔径,在所考察的分子筛中表现出最高的反应活性,因此进一步考察了H-DAY催化作用下反应时间、反应温度、催化剂用量和原料配比等反应条件对反应活性和选择性的影响以及催化剂的重复使用性能.Synthesis of 3-tert-butyl-p-hydroxyanisole by tert-butylation of p-methoxyphenol with MTBE over different zeolites such as H-ZSM-5,H-MCM-41 and dealuminated Y zeolite(abbreviated as H-DAY) was investigated.The results indicate that the acidity amounts,strength and pore structure of the zeolites are the key factors influencing the catalytic behavior.H-DAY is the most active because of its high acidity and suitable pore dimension for the accommodation of products.Therefore,the influences of various reaction conditions such as reaction time,reaction temperature,the usage of catalyst and MTBE to MOP ratios on the reaction activity and selectivity,and the reusablity over H-DAY were further studied.
