摘　　要：采用计算机模拟的方法模拟战场使用救护直升机的情况,按照医疗后送的工作流程,建立医疗后送的概念模型和模拟模型,模拟伤员在各救治机构的流动情况。通过各项医疗后送指标考察救护直升机的基本战技指标,从而从动态上为救护直升机机型选择提供依据。结果表明10人以上救护直升机应该是今后研制的方向。A method of computer simulation was applied to the study on the type selection of ambulance helicopter.Based on the working flow of medical evacuation,the concept model and its simulation model were built to observe the patient flow.Tactical and technical indexes of ambulance helicopter,for example,airspeed and number of patients,were surveyed through the output results such as evacuation efficiency.Therefore,it could lay a foundation on the type selection of ambulance helicopter.The results showed that the type holding more than 10 litter patients is preferred model.
