盐益智仁“缩尿”有效部位指纹图谱研究

摘　　要：目的:研究盐益智仁"缩尿"作用有效部位的质量控制方法。方法:利用HPLC指纹图谱技术,建立盐益智仁"缩尿"有效部位,即75%醇-石油醚部位的指纹图谱。结果:建立了盐益智仁"缩尿"有效部位的HPLC指纹图谱,指纹图谱中有8个共有峰。结论:本方法为盐益智仁"缩尿"有效部位质量标准的控制提供依据,并提出以"谱-效关系"建立饮片质量控制体系的方法。Objective:To establish the method to control the quality of effective part in arresting polyuria of the salt-processed Alpiniae Oxyphyllae Fructus(SAOF).Method:The HPLC fingerprint of the effective part in arresting polyuria of the SAOF which was extracted with 75% alcohol-petroleum benzene was studied.Result:A satisfactory fingerprint was obtained by HPLC method.8 common peaks were selected as the fingerprint peaks.Conclusion:This method is simple,sensitive and reliable,and can be used to investigate the chemical constituents of the effective part in arresting polyuria of the SAOF.And the paper puts forward a method to control the quality of decoction pieces by'fingerprint and pharmacodynamics association'establishment.
