摘　　要：目的:分离和鉴定红景天苷原料药中的有关物质。方法:红景天苷原料药乙醇溶液经硅胶柱色谱富集,制备型高效液相色谱分离;紫外吸收光谱、红外光谱、质谱、核磁共振谱等鉴定结构。结果:分离得到3个有关物质,分别为淫羊藿次苷D2、4-乙酰基苯酚-β-D-葡萄糖苷和云杉素。结论:所有化合物均为首次从红景天苷原料药中分离得到。Objective:To separate and identify the related substances in salidroside bulk drug.Method:The related substances were concentrated by silica gel column chromatography and isolated by preparative HPLC.The obtained compounds were characterized by UV,IR,MS,and NMR spectroscopy.Result:Three related substances were characterized as icariside D2,4-acetylphenol-β-D-glucopyranoside and picein.Conclusion:Three compounds were isolated from the salidroside bulk drug for the first time.
