牛黄解毒片中人工牛黄的薄层鉴别

摘　　要：目的:探讨牛黄解毒片中贵细药人工牛黄中胆红素的薄层鉴别方法。方法:将薄层鉴别的供试液点于以羧甲基纤维素钠溶液为黏合剂的硅胶G薄层板上,以石油醚(30～60℃)-三氯甲烷-甲酸乙酯-甲酸(20:3:5:1)的上层溶液为展开剂展开,晾干,置紫外灯(365)下检视。结果:供试品色谱中,在与对照色谱相应的位置上均显示相同颜色的斑点。结论:TLC法鉴别牛黄解毒片中人工牛黄重复性好、专属性强,可作为牛黄解毒片中人工牛黄胆红素的鉴别方法。Objective:To establish a method for the identification of bilirubin in artificial bezoar in Niuhuangjiedu tablet by thin-layer chromatography(TLC).Method:The mixture of petroleum benzin,chloroform,ethyl formate and formic acid(20:3:5:1) was used as the developing solvent.And the samples were observed at 365 nm under viltalight lamp.Result:The spots in the chromatogram of the test solution corresponding to the position of bilirubin had the same color as the standard chromatogram.Conclusion:The method is accurate with a good sensitivity and reproducibility,can be used for the identification of bilirubin in artificial bezoar in Niuhuangjiedu tablet.
