摘 要:目的:通过观察加减三甲散及其拆方对肝纤维化大鼠血清Ⅲ型前胶原肽(PⅢNP)、血清透明质酸(HA)含量的影响,部分阐明本方及拆方治疗肝纤维化的机理。方法:用四氯化碳诱导造成大鼠肝纤维化模型,观察各组对大鼠血清PⅢNP、HA含量的影响。结果:加减三甲散组能显著降低PⅢNP与HA含量,与模型组比较,差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01),去滋阴药组能降低HA的含量,与模型组比较,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论:加减三甲散及其拆方能够促进胶原降解,对实验性肝纤维化有一定治疗作用。Objective:To partly clarify the mechanism of modified Sanjia Powder and its Sub-Formulas on hepatic fibrosis by observing the effects on N-terminal Procollagen Ⅲ Propeptide(PⅢNP) and Hyaluronic Acid(HA) of rats with hepatic fibrosis.Method:The hepatic fibrosis model in rats was established by CCl4 administration.And the concentration of PⅢNP and HA in serum were tested.Result:The group of modified Sanjia Powder can decrease the level of PⅢNP and HA(P<0.01),and the group without Yin-enriching material can lower the level of HA(P<0.05) compared with blank group.Conclusion:Modified Sanjia Powder and its sub-formulas have the effects on experimental hepatic fibrosis by promoting collagen-degradation.
