摘　　要：目的:建立牛黄解毒片中冰片的含量测定方法。方法:采用气相色谱法,色谱柱为聚乙二醇(PEG)-石英毛细管柱,柱温145℃。结果:被测定峰与相邻峰可达到基线分离。冰片进样量的线性范围为0.08322μg～2.0805μg(r=0.9998)。结论:本方法准确、简便,可用于牛黄解毒片中冰片的含量测定。Objective:To develop the GC method for determination of borneol in bezoar alexipharmic tablets.Method:The determination was performed by GC method.The PEG-quartzose capillary column was adopted for this method and the column temperature was 145 ℃.Result:The linear ranges of borneol was 0.08322 μg～2.0805 μg(r =0.9998).Conclusion:The method is precise,simple,and reliable for determination of borneol in bezoar alexipharmic tablets.
