摘  要:目的:观察慢性轻度不可预见应激抑郁症模型大鼠行为学及血清T3、T4、TSH的变化。方法:采用慢性不可预见轻度应激抑郁症动物模型(CUMS),设正常组、模型组、氟西汀组、抗郁散大、中、小剂量组,测定各组大鼠体重、糖水消耗量及行为学改变,并用放免法测定大鼠血清T3、T4、TSH含量的变化。结果:模型组大鼠血清T4的含量显著升高、TSH的含量升高,有显著性差异(P<0.05);T3的含量降低,无显著性差异(P>0.05);与模型组相比,抗郁散大、小剂量组和氟西汀组,血清T4值显著降低,TSH值降低,有显著性差异(P<0.05),而T3的值降低,无显著性差异(P>0.05);与模型组相比,抗郁散中剂量组大鼠血清中T4、TSH的含量显著降低、T3的含量明显升高,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:抗郁散使血清T3值含量升高、T、TSH值含量降低,其机制可能与抗郁散调节HPT轴功能紊乱有关。Objective:To observe the levels of serum thyroid hormones(T3,T4,TSH)in chronic unpredictable mild stress(CUMS)rat model and investigate the changes of HPT axis in rats after Kangyusan administrated.Method:60 rats were randomizely assigned to control,model,Fluoxetine and Kangyusan groups(the large,normal and small dosages).The serum levels of T3,T4 and TSH were determined with radioimmunoassay and rat body weight,sugar consumption and behavior change in all groups were observed.Result:Compared to the control group,levels of serum T4 and TSH in model group were increased significantly(P<0.05),and T3 were not decreased significantly(P>0.05).The levels of serum T4 and TSH in Kangyusan group(the large and the small)and the Fluoxetine group were decreased significantly(P<0.05),but levels of T3 were not decreased significantly(P>0.05)compared to the model group.The levels of serum T4 and TSH in Kangyusan group(the normal)were decreased significantly and the levels of T3 were increased significantly compared to the model group(both P<0.05).Conclusion:These findings suggest that Kangyusan influences the levels of serum thyroid hormones(T3,T4,TSH),which may be associated with regulation of HPT axis.
