摘  要:目的:对超声波提取大黄附子药对中蒽醌类成分的工艺条件进行优选。方法:以游离蒽醌和结合蒽醌的提取率为评价指标,以HPLC法为含量测定方法,采用响应曲面分析法(Response Surface Methodology,RSM)考察各自的超声时间、溶剂用量及提取次数对提取效果的影响。结果:提取游离蒽醌的最佳条件为液料比10.31,提取次数为3.53次,提取时间为26.67min;提取结合蒽醌的最佳条件为液料比为10.34,超声次数3.42次,超声时间24.25min。结论:该研究为大黄附子药对中游离蒽醌和结合蒽醌的最佳提取工艺提供了实验基础。Objective:To optimize operation conditions of the ultrasound-assisted extraction of anthraquinones from compatibility of Rhei Radix et Rhizoma and Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata. Method: Operation conditions (ultrasound time, solvent dosage and extraction frequency) were optimized with response surface methodology. The concentrations of anthraquinones were determined by HPLC. Result:According to the mathematical model,the optimum operating parameters were:ultrasound time was 26.76 min and 24.5 min,ratio of solvent to solid were 10.31and 10.34,extraction frequency were 3.53 and 3.42, respectively, for free anthraquinones and combined anthraquinones. Conclusion:The optimized conditions are reliable and provide experiment evidences for the optimal extraction technology for anthraquinones from compatibility of Rhei Radix et Rhizoma and Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata.
