狗皮膏抗炎镇痛作用试验研究

摘　　要：目的:研究狗皮膏对小鼠的抗炎和镇痛作用,为其临床应用提供药理学依据。方法:采用二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓肿胀以及琼脂所致小鼠肉芽肿进行抗炎作用研究;采用小鼠热板法和小鼠扭体法进行镇痛实验作用研究。结果:狗皮膏对小鼠耳肿胀及肉芽肿具有一定的抑制作用,且能明显提高小鼠痛阈值,延长潜伏期并减少扭体次数。结论:狗皮膏具有较好的抗炎、镇痛作用。Objective:To study the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of Gou-pi plaster in mice and provide pharmacological basis for clinical application. Method:The anti-inflammatory effect was investigated in mice with auricle swelling induced by xylene or granulation tumor induced by agar. The analgesic effect was investigated in mice with the method of pain-test by hot or wrenching body test. Result:To some extent, Gou-pi plaster could depress swelling of the mice in auricle swelling test and inhibit the mice granulation tumor caused by agar, prolong the time of stage of latency during the pain-test by hot plate and reduce the times of wrenching body caused by the irritation of acetic acid obviously. Conclusion: Gou-pi plaster has good effects of the anti-inflammatory and analgesic.
