摘　　要：中药药性理论是指导临床用药的重要依据,包括四气、五味、归经、升降浮沉等多因素内容。不同药性因素,代表着中药相对独特的功能和特征性作用。对具体某药而言,其所包含的诸多药性因素,在单味药或不同方剂配伍应用中对证侯的治疗作用体现在药效方面是不尽相同的。基于此种思维模式,通过对有代表性的中药在不同经典组方配伍中药效作用发挥方向进行归纳总结,探究其药性的演变规律,阐明药性与功效之间的必然相关联系等内容,可望初步揭示中药药性的科学实质内涵。The discussion on the nature of Chinese material medica is an important basis for clinical treatment, which includes the factors of four properties; five flavours; channel tropism; actions of lifting, lowering, floating, and sinking, etc. The factors concerning Chinese material medica, represent the relatively unique features and characteristic functions. With regard to certain Chinese material medica for specific purposes, it shows different aspects of efficacy to the treatment of illness when it is applied to a single herb or different prescriptive compatibility. Based on this mode of thinking, it is expected to reveal the scientific essence of the nature of Chinese material medica, by summing up the functional direction of the representative Chinese material medica which shows the efficacy in different prescriptive compatibility, exploring its evolution, and clarifying the inevitable correlation between the nature of Chinese material medica and effects.
