羌医石病学理论指导下治疗1570例膝石病的临床疗效报道

摘　　要：目的:回顾性分析羌医石病学理论指导下羌医手法配合外用羌药酒、外贴"绒塔尔王骨痛膏"治疗膝石病的疗效。方法:回顾性整理羌医手法配合外用羌药酒对患者膝关节部位进行手法处理后,外贴"绒塔尔王骨痛膏"配合内服传统羌药方疏通管道中的细石的方法治疗膝石病1570例的临床资料(1993年～2006年)。结果:羌医石病学理论指导下治疗膝石病的优良率为89.17%。结论:羌医石病学理论指导下采用羌医手法配合外用羌药酒、外贴"绒塔尔王骨痛膏"、内服羌药方治疗膝石病具有明显的临床疗效优势。Objective: To retrospectively analyze the efficacy of the treatment of Knee-Stone Disease treated by Qiang Medical practices with medicine wine and external application of 'Rong-Ta-Er-Wang-Gu-Tong-Gao' under the Qiang-Medicine-Stone-Disease-Theory.Method: The Clinical data of 1570 cases of Knee-Stone Disease patients(1993~2006) treated under the Qiang-Medicine-Stone-Disease-Theory with medicine wine,external application of 'Rong-Ta-Er-Wang-Gu-Tong-Gao',and orally taking traditional Qiang prescription to clear the fine stone in channels was retrospectively analyzed.Result: The efficacy rate of Knee-Stone Disease treated under the Qiang-Medicine-Stone-Disease-Theory was 89.17%.Conclusion: Qiang Medical practices with wine,external application of 'Rong-Ta-Er-Wang-Gu-Tong-Gao' with orally taking traditional Qiang prescription to clear the fine stone in channels under the Qiang-Medicine-Stone-Disease-Theory has obvious clinical advantages.
