摘 要:目的:研究并优化大孔吸附树脂分离纯化山茱萸总黄酮。方法:先以总黄酮含量为考察指标,从3种不同型号的树脂中筛选出分离纯化山茱萸总黄酮的最佳树脂,再对最佳树脂吸附工艺参数进行全面优化。结果:HPD-600型大孔吸附树脂对山茱萸总黄酮的吸附与解析性能较好,确定最佳洗脱条件为50%乙醇洗脱,溶剂用量5BV。结论:HPD-600型大孔吸附树脂可有效地分离纯化山茱萸总黄酮。Objective:To optimize the separation and purification of total flavonoids from Cornus officinalis by macroporous resin.Methods:Three types of macroporous resins were used to separate and purify flavonoids.Contents of the total flavonoids were compared in order to find the optimum macroporous resin,and its technical process was comprehensive optimized.Results:HPD-600 was selected for its excellent adsorption and desorption properties.The best elution solution technical process was 5BV of 50% ethanol.Conclusion:The total flavonoids of Cornus officinalis can be effectively separated and purificated by HPD-600 macroporous resin.
