摘　　要：脉冲制剂因其定时性强、毒副作用小,而越来越受到医药界的重视。本文通过文献检索,对脉冲式给药系统的研究概况进行了综述,总结口服脉冲制剂的主要类型及释药机理。目前口服脉冲制剂的研究主要集中于化药,中药在这方面的研究较少,仅有磷酸川芎嗪脉冲塞胶囊和复方丹参脉冲控释片。Pulsatile drug delivery system is paid more and more attention as its good time controlling and low toxicity Referencing to a great deal of literature,this paper summarizes the classification and the mechanism of drug releasing.The current study mianly focuses on chemical drugs,here's only the research of phosphoric acid ligustrazine pulse plug capsule and Compound danshen pulse controlled release tablets in the field of Chinese traditional medicine.
