摘  要:连作障碍认知模式和理论基础是中药连作障碍防治的根本。微生态学认为"植物—土壤—微生物"组成的微生态系统失衡是发生连作障碍的根本。作者分析了中药连作障碍发生的危害和连作障碍可能机制,主要从病害、线虫、化感作用、共生体系失衡等几个方面探讨了导致连作障碍的原因,并从微生态理论认识出发提出了相应的防治对策。Theoretical and controlling model research are the fundamental foundation to prevent continuous cropping obstacles in traditional Chinese medicinal plants. According to micro-ecological theory, micro-ecosystem imbalances between the medicinal plants, soil and microbes are theoretical basis of continuous cropping obstacles. In this paper, the occurrence condition and hazards of continuous cropping obstacles in traditional Chinese medicinal plants were summarized and the possible mechanisms were analyzed. The factors including disease, insects, nematodes, allelopathy and symbiosis disorders which caused continuous cropping obstacles were also analyzed and discussed. Based on the results mentioned above, the corresponding countermeasures were put forward with micro-ecological theory.
