摘  要:目的:建立一种简单、快速的方法,测定细毡毛忍冬中总黄酮含量,为细毡毛忍冬的质量控制和开发利用提供科学依据。方法:以芦丁为对照品,采用紫外分光光度法,在波长510nm处测定细毡毛忍冬总黄酮含量。结果:芦丁对照品溶液在8.0179~48.1074μg·mL-1浓度范围内,吸光度与浓度呈良好线性关系,细毡毛忍冬中总黄酮含量为3.38%。结论:该测定方法稳定、快速、简便,为细毡毛忍冬的质量控制和开发利用提供了科学依据。Objective: The study is aimed to establish a simple and quick method to determine the total flavonoids content in Lonicera similes Hemsl., to provide scientific evidence for the quality control and development of Lonicera similes Hemsl. Method: With rutin as the reference substance,the total flavonoids content was detected at 510 nm using UV spectrophotometry. Result: The linear relationship was good (r= 0.9999) in the range of 8.0179 μg·mL-1 ~ 48.1074 μg·mL-1 and the content of total flavonoids in the samples was 3.38%.Conclusion: UV speetrophotometry is a suitable method for the detection of the total flavonoids content in Lonicera similes Hemsl. for its simple and quick determination. And it will provide the scientific evidence for the quality control and development of Lonicera similes Hemsl.
