摘  要:目的:分析不同产地、不同生长周期及其炮制品中枳实、枳壳挥发油成分差异。方法:采用2010年版《中国药典》附录XD甲法提取挥发油并通过GC-MS法进行成分分析,然后用归一化法计算各成分相对含量。结果:柠檬烯和芳樟醇是枳实、枳壳挥发油中的主要成分,不同产地、不同生长周期及其炮制品中枳实、枳壳挥发油成分存在较大差异。结论:随着生长周期的延长,芳樟醇、alpha-松油醇、香芹酚和香叶醇的含量呈现一定的规律性变化,其中芳樟醇和香芹酚的含量随着生产期的延长而降低,而alpha-松油醇和香叶醇的含量随着生产期的延长而升高。Objective: To analyze the effect of origin, growth cycle and processing on the essential oil of Aurantii Fructus Immaturus and Aurantii Fructus. Method: The essential oil was extracted by A method recorded in Pharmacopoeia of the People’s Republic of China (2010 Appendix XD). GC-MS was used for composition analysis. And the relative content of each component was calculated using area normalization method. Result: Limonene and linalool were the main components of essential oil of Aurantii Fructus Immaturus and Aurantii Fructus. Significant difference was found in the essential oil of Aurantii Fructus Immaturus and Aurantii Fructus of different origin and growth cycle. And significant difference was also found between processed and un-processed form of Aurantii Fructus Immaturus and Aurantii Fructus. Conclusion: With the extension of the growth cycle, linalool, alpha-terpineol, carvacrol and geraniol show a certain regular changes. The content of linalool and carvacrol are declined with the extension of the growth cycle. But the content of alpha-terpineol and geraniol are increased with the extension of the growth cycle.
