螺旋CT在肝脏双期扫描中延迟时间的设置与应用研究

摘　　要：目的:探索螺旋CT在肝脏增强扫描时的最佳期相的延迟时间的设置。材料与方法:对160例不同身高、体重的患者采用"三定"即定速、定量、定时间的CT俭查方法:进行检查。结果:选用上述两期CT增强扫描延迟设置,可获得满意的影像学信息结论:本法对肝脏CT定性诊断具有非常重要的应用价值。Purpose:To study the optimal time during the liver-enhancing scanning.Materials and Methods:160 patients were scanned al a certain speed,volume of the contrast and certain time.Results:The peak enhancing time of the hepatic artery phase was 22 ~25s,and the potal vein phase was 55 -60s.Conclusion:The dual scanning can provide detailed and important information for clinician.
