摘  要:目的:总结低场MRI在骨挫伤及隐匿性骨折诊断中的价值。材料与方法:统计我院115例外伤患者,均行X线和CT及MRI扫描检查。结果:115例外伤性患者中,X线片及CT未见骨折征象,部分可见局部骨密度增高征象。MRI检查骨挫伤及隐匿性骨折的影像表现分别为:骨挫伤表现为斑片状、地图样稍长T_1、稍长T_2信号,GRE序列呈明显的斑片低信号区,STIR序列呈斑片状异常高信号区;隐匿性骨折表现为在斑片状骨挫伤信号区穿行线形、树枝状与骨挫伤相近信号表现征象,CRE序列序列征象最明显,STIR序列次之。结论:对于临床症状明显,而X线检查及CT检查未见异常的骨外伤患者,MRI进一步检查的必要性,以免引起漏诊。SETWIT_1、FSE TWIT_2、STIR、GRE序列作为常规扫描序列。Purpose:Summary The Evaluation Diagnostic Value of hone hruise and invisihle fractures in the Lower Strength MRI-.Materials and Methods:Statistics from 115 patients with patients,all do x-rays and CT and MRI scan. Results:115 patients,X-ray and CT did not see signs,partly visihle fracture increased BMD signs local.An MRI hone hmise and recessive fractures are:imaging demonstrated hone bruise in performance for patchy,pattern is a hit long T1,slightlv long T2 signal,the GRE sequence are markedly spot piece low signal area,STIR sequence is patchy abnormally high signal area: Invisible fracture performance for patchy in a bone hruise in signal area with linear,dentriles through bone hmise in similar signs,GRE sequence signal performance,STIR the most obvious signs of sequence followed sequence.Conclusion:For clinical symptoms,and x-rays and CT examination did not see abnormal bone trauma patients,MRI further examination of necessity,lest cause misdiagnosis.SET WIT1 FSET WIT2,STIR,and a routine scan sequence GRE sequence.
