摘　　要：我国民营企业经过三十多年的发展,在国民经济中的地位已日益凸显,时代需要民营企业进入国际市场;复合型经贸英语人才具有开拓性、复合性和学习性等特点,同时,与其他专业人才相比较还具有学习优势、业务优势及交流优势等。因此,复合型经贸英语人才在民营企业的国际化进程中将起到十分重要的桥梁作用。With 30 years' development,private enterprises play an increasing role in the national economy.The development trend requires them to enter the international market.Inter-disciplinary business English talents have such characters as pioneering,compound and learning,etc.,and compared with talents in other fields,have following advantages: learning ability,business knowledge and communication skills,etc.Therefore,inter-disciplinary business English talents will play a very important role in the course of private enterprises' internationalization.
