摘  要:制盐企业经过多年的发展,企业数量增加、企业生产能力快速提高。目前面临市场供应过大而需求相对较小的市场现状。突出存在的问题表现为,制盐企业存在产能富余,市场竞争激烈;食盐专营或将取消,终将由市场定价,将降低企业利润;消费者需求需培育,制盐企业产品结构单一,产品附加值较低。为更好地发展,制盐企业应积极进行产品结构优化调整。制盐企业应从单纯的工业用盐生产向盐化工发展,延长产业链;深化卤水综合利用,提高资源利用率,丰富企业产品;积极进行多品种盐开发,努力培养市场需求等。After decades of development of salt-making enterprises,the number of them is increasing and its manufacturing ability has been greatly improved.Therefore,they have to face the present condition that the market is oversupplied. The prominent existing problems are the following three.First,the market is under fierce competition caused by a surplus of manufacturing ability.Second,salt monopoly may be cancelled in the future so that the price will be decided by the market,which will also bring down the profit of enterprises.Third,the demand of consumers needs to be further developed; the salt product is single as well as low-value-added.For a better development,salt-making enterprises should play an active part in the optimization on structure of products.The products need to be developed from the simple category to salt chemical engineering and extended manufacturing chain.Besides,it is necessary to deepen the comprehensive utilization of wastewater to recycle the resources and produce more products.
