摘　　要：目的探讨不同无肝素操作方法对CRRT治疗中滤器使用效果的影响。方法采用自身对照用无肝素操作方法对50例患者分别进行2次无肝素CRRT治疗。结果滤器使用时间、滤器3级凝血例次、跨膜压比较,差异有统计学意义(t平均使用时间/跨膜压=5.940,2.738,μc=2.571,P<0.005)。结论肝素盐水冲洗与密闭式循环联合方法在防止滤器堵塞,延长滤器使用时间,减少滤器更换次数方面具有明显优势,能够有效避免血滤器凝血。Purpose To investigate anticoagulant effect of heparin free on the filter during CRRT Method: Two heparin free anticoagulations were performed during CRRT in 50 patients. Result The filter life, filter clotting cases, and transmembrane pressure in different groups is different (P<0.05). Conclusion Heparin saline and closed loop joint method have obvious advantages compared with regular method. Eextracorporeal circulation get enough wet with closed loop approach and it will prevent blood filter clotting。
