摘　　要：在基于PXI总线技术的数模混合电路板故障诊断系统中,其软件系统采用面向对象的编程技术,实现了操作人员图像化编辑测试序列的设计,完成了测试序列的编辑、管理、调试、运行等功能,硬件系统采用基于PXI总线框架的开放式系统设计,模块化易扩展,主要包含了示波器、万用表、继电器、高低速IO、程控电源、信号源等硬件功能模块,为故障诊断过程提供了强大的输入输出以及信号检测支持。In the fault diagnosis system for mixed digital-analog circuit board based on PXI bus technology, the software system is designed with object-oriented programming technique to achieve the design of image-based editing test sequences of operator, so as to complete editing, management, commissioning and running of test sequence; its hardware system is designed with open system based on PXI bus frame, thus modularization is easy to be expanded; and it mainly includes hardware function modular such as oscilloscope, multimeter, relay, high & low speed IO, programmed control power supply and signal source, which supplies a powerful input & output and signal testing support for the process of fault diagnose.
