摘　　要：拉杆是飞机操纵系统重要组成部分,拉杆的强度和刚度对飞机操纵效果影响很大,有时还会对飞行安全产生影响。某型飞机襟翼操纵系统中两根拉杆在进行静力试验时,拉杆的耳环螺栓发生永久变形,本文对其故障原因进行了分析,并提出了改进措施。Pull rod is an important part of aircraft control system. Its strength and rigidity have great effect on aircraft control efficiency, and affect flight safety sometimes. The eyebolts of two pull rods in the flap control system of a certain type aircraft were found with permanent deformation during static testing. The paper analyzes the causes of failure and provides the improvement measures.
